Mobile Rates This charge refers to the fee for calling a mobile phone in another
country if your long-distance provider makes a distinction between an out-of-country
cell phone and an international landline. Some companies do make this distinction,
and some don’t. If you frequently make international calls, this may be something
you would want to look into.
