Motorola E815 Tungsten T2 and Midco Wireless

Hello, I am having funny issues with trying to connect my T2 with my E815. Like right after trying to connect, my palm may say pin was incorrect or was unable to connect phone wasnt ready, but my E815 says pin varified and saved but I cant send an sms message to my phone. Also i have set up a connection with my Midcontinent Communications home wireless connection but when I attempt to access the web all I get is the page cannot be displayed yet the same page is accessible by my home computer easily.
