Help connecting my 700wx to internet !!!!

Hi… I bought recently a treo 700wx for sprint in usa, but i live in domincan republic. i didn’t have problem for activating this phone to my old number in claro movil a local company, but i doesn’t want to connect to the internet mobile service that claro movil has. I even had this service in my old phone a motorola V3 without any trouble. The treo has the settings correctly, but doesn’t get connected. Does it has any block ???? Any help ??
